WOW tonight the scale reads 187.0! My metabolism must be on a high right now, this is shocking lol .. but ill take it! Others are noticing, so exciting! .. nice to know i can still lose a few more pounds from my two bridal showers & my wedding :carrot:

Oh poo. I'm still 154 but I just reached it so I can't be too upset.
I just hope I make my goal of 145 (which is 9 more pounds) by early December. |

Thanks for your reply Alsten02. You're right, this process does help us all and that is what I love about it, too. One thing that I am trying to do is to go ALL THE WAY to my goal weight (of 120-125)...instead of just getting almost, sort of there...and then going backwards. I am trying to change FOR LIFE... and maintain the goal weight I want. :cloud9:

start weight 12.4 current weight 11.5 target weight 9.4 my aims are 1300cal a day 30min at 4mph or kmph not sure every day and 5pints of water how does this sound? :carrot: |

I am doing pretty much the same thing you are. I know that if I just keep doing what I am doing, eventually the weight will come off. I chose a diet that is close to how I will eat for the rest of my life. Currently, while I am trying to get this last 10 lbs. off, I am trying to keep my carb intake down somewhat...but not super low. This morning, I just put on a pair of shorts that used to cut off my circulation...ha...and now they fit...yeah! :hat: Good luck, Trysohard... I will be trying so hard, too! :high: Joyli :dancer: |
