As for what I'm doing..... I count calories, keeping them in-between 1100-1400 a day and I make sure to drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. For me it's as simple as that. A big part of my success is writing a journal and keeping a food log. It really helps me to stay accountable and aware of what I'm eating. Another key is support. This board has been very motivational and inspirational for me and my mom is also counting calories so it's great to have that support as well. I still have a way to go but I'm feeling much more comfortable in my skin than I was 40 lbs ago.
this is my dd, she has and is doing very well, she looks great.I'm on this program as well but the weight is coming off slower.14 lbs for me since June
