    213.5, no change from last week. I'm not really upset by this, since I am on my monthly and that always has an effect on the scale for me. I am curious to see where I will be next week though!

    i didn't think i would lose this much concidering i had a lot of "bad" days where i ate WAY more than i should have...plus, i didn't exercise much this week at all because of my sore thigh. i'm still happy tho! can't wait until next week - it's my birthday!

  • Hi, I'm Ry and I'm new to the 3FC site, but figured I'd chime in, since I'm starting a new (and hopefully final) weight loss regimen. I'd like to do WW since I've had good experience with that in the past, but my current budget won't allow me to join up at this point, so I'm just working on eating healthier, drinking water, and getting some exercise that I haven't been doing.

  • Hi everyone,

    I had a seriously good week with the scale...lost 2.5 pounds. I almost never lose more than 1.5 in a week, but it's a lot slower than that lately. I think my body's finally playing "catch up".

    Last week: 181.5
    This week: 179

  • I'm still 215 - no gain / loss this week.

    I've lost about 4 lbs in the past month, so I'm okay with this. I attribute it to one day of indulgence at the state fair - plus stress (an reduced fitness motivation) while transitioning to my new job.

    I'm gonna let myself weather this one out - and enjoy my planned mini-break this weekend. I should be back on the horse by Labor Day.
  • Down 3 this week!! Guess that makes up for not losing any last week.
  • I actually gained 3 pounds from last week, but I did not really eat healthy or exercise last week. I am planning on making some changes this week to get the weight melting.
  • It's been kind of a crappy month eating-wise. Didn't gain anything, but didn't lose anything either. (well, I went up and down all month but somehow managed to stay in the 140 range) Go away, August! New start tomorrow, going to get back on track!
