Another kilo down.

Woo hoooooooooo!!
I lost another kilo this week!!!
I am amazed!!
I had a bad day in their and was expecting a gain!!!
I was soooooooooooo RELEIVED TO LOSE A KILO!!!!

congratulations ! I have just joined, although I started my weight loss program about 3 weeks ago, so far I have lost 4.5kg I started of at 86kg and am down to 81.2kg.
