I'm new to this and when I saw your post I just had to look. You have already inspired me!! You should be so proud of yourself.
What are you doing for exercise and are following a specific plan? I'm trying south beach and plan to do lots of walking. |
Absolutely Fabulous Chaoticfish ! Please never get tired of telling us your story for inspiration. I am 5.3 and looking at your pictures really helps me... that is why I am here, need the support. I am not weighing myself, only measuring and using clothing as a guide. I am doing almost the same plan, about 1200 calories, striving for natural food and lots of vegetarian ( dh is a thin one) with 3 miles a day, performer pilates and now getting into hand weights again. Besides all the others, clothes are such a motivator. YOU really helped me today as I have been slacking on the treadmill and this really gives me the push to get going. It takes me an hour to do 3 miles. I should go back to walking 6 days a week and this really helps me get going! Congrats and please please keep posting! Thanks so much!
