    I wore a shirt that I have not been able to wear because it was too small. I wore it today for the first time to work!

    I think I have lost almost 20 lbs! I thought I would never get back to this weight!

    Congratulations from another Valley Girl. I love Almonte. I'm in Delta in the Rideau Lakes but lived in The Valley most of my life.

    I have to get some new pants too because these are so big that they hang around my hips ... not good since I work in a law office. Don't want to be a droopy drawers! Not sure what I am going to do becuase these have been my favorite for quite a while now! Maybe i'll get the same pants just in a smaller size

    I never thought of that... I usually just hate shopping for clothes... maybe now I will like what I see. Okay well I am going to try to put off the shopping for just a couple of weeks. On Valentines day I am going to really treat myself! I should be about 140 by then maybe even less! Imagine me in the 130s weeeeeeeee. I can't wait. What will make the time go by faster!?

    I weighed myself this morning (tomorrow is my official weigh in) and I am up almost three pounds! I went from 143.9 to 146.7! I can't even begin to tell you how disappointed I am right now! Just when I was going so well.

    Next week I am going to do WAY better!
