    Me:

    215.5, down 2.5 pounds from last week. Some of this was surely just losing some water bloat, but it is still good to see this number!
  • I'm still 141, no loss, no gain!
  • Just Joined Today Started Diet On 7/25/05 At 253 Lbs. Now 245.6 Getting There Slow But Sure.

  • Ok- just let me say this first (not that I think anyone really cares, but if I don't put it in writing I will probably confuse myself and everyone else): I have decided to start using my digital scale instead of the analog scale even because I can read it better. So last week I reported somewhere around 165 as current weight, but that was on the other scale that typically underreports by about 5lb. That said, my digital scale said 171 last week. So here are my stats:

    last week: 171
    This week: 169
    Goal: 130-140
  • Last week 179, this week 178, loss of 1 pound!

    i lost 4 pounds this week to get to 170. of course thats the 4 lbs i gained on vacation last weekend
  • Just started 4 days ago so no loss no gain (no gain is good though)
  • quick post 1 week and a day on Adkin's plan I am down 8 pounds..I know the first week is water weight
  • Down a pound! Yippi yi ki yay!

    this week-222 lbs probaly less becuz i had my shoes on
    waist went down 1 inch from last week.
  • I was 209 yesterday so I lost 1 pound last week.
  • I am down one pound from last week to 218, still hoping to make my labor day (-ish ) goal of 210.
