Well, a friend and I have had a lot of laughs over this one as we have lost weight together... I will try to say it very tactfully but I am SURE many of you have thought it and can relate... but...

You know the program is working when....

You go to the bathroom and can "reach" when you clean yourself.

You know the program is working when your jeans fit - right out of the drier!

You know the program is working when...

Your teenage daughter tells you to turn sideways, and then exclaims "Wow, you really ARE losing weight, your gut doesn't stick out past your boobs anymore!"

1. Your fit, tennis playing boss asks you for diet advise.

2. When you go down on shoe size.

You know the program's working when...

Someone at work whom you don't know well comes up and asks you how you are losing so much weight!!

Best part.... this HAPPENED to me today!!! Yay!! :cp:
