1st Goal - MET!
 

Hi all :)

I just had to post here today. I have met my first set goal of 193 lbs! The date I originally set for this was by 24th July, so I met it a full 8 weeks in advance. I am really thrilled :). I've lost 14 lbs since April 17th and am already looking and feeling a lot better.

My next goal is 185 by 24th July, fingers crossed I will not only be able to maintain my new weight but also lose some more.

Lynne, what a great job...you must feel great in making your goal. I rarely post here because I rarely have success myself but I made my two week goal on phase 1 of South Beach diet...I lost 8 lbs.! Actually, I would have been happy with 4 or 5 but now I am really psyched. Oops, gotta run, one of the kiddies woke up. BTW, Zoe's mom, your little girl is stealing the show on this thread. What a cutie! I have two boys, no girls, so I love seeing other people's girls.

Lynne, you can make your next goal. We have faith in you. And Zoe's mom, you can do it too. Just believe in yourselves.
