150 pounds lost!

I just found your forum and thought I would join and say hi!

My name is Robin. I am 30 years old and from Portland Oregon.

I have been no carbbing and now low carbbing since last August and have lost OVER 120 pounds since the!! I have lost over 150 pounds in total this past 14 or 15 months :-)

I'm 40 yrs old and live in Arkansas. I joined the site at the end of this past October. I've lost 40 lbs since joining due largely to the support and accountability I've found here.

I'm going to check out your website soon. Reading about others' successes keeps me motivated.
