I thought I would share the feeling I get when things now actually fit. I was a size 30-32. I am now a size 18- 20 and sometimes I fit into an (XL). This means sometimes I can purchase clothes at a regular department store. What a great feeling! a feeling that normal weight people do not understand. A lot of the times I get clothes that are too big and try them on because my head can not register the loss, but when the fit is too big I gotta tell you, I love it. It's not easy keeping up the good work but with everyones great advise here it sure makes it a little easier.

YOU are doing awesome. I do know how you feel. And you should feel so proud that you have the strength. Its such a hard strength to have so you should be on top od the world....good job!

I'm so happy for you. I mean going from a 30-32 to an 18-20 is quite a fricken accomplishment!!! Going down that many sizes took a lot of disipline hard work and effort but you did it! That's so awesome!

Thank you Scoobysnacks and Sahvara for the encouraging words. You are right it has not been easy and there is still a long road ahead of me. To tell you the truth sometimes I can't believe I have gone this far myself. After I wrote this thread I thought maybe I am sounding like I am showing off. But it is not that way I want to share my happiness with people that understand how hard this has been and will be. To tell you the truth I had no help from my family, for instance this Saturday my sister came over with a box of pastries, knowing very well that I love them and knowing the hardship it has been to come this far not to mention that I have been on diets since I was 8 years old. Sometimes when you are successfull it is hard to know who is really on your side and . But thanks to this site and guys like you I am getting the encouragement and support that I need to continue. Thanks again friends. :grouphug:
