I had to share my weigh in results with you. I'm so excited I can't sit still! As of this morning, I have lost 40 lbs! The closer I get to my goal weight, I keep changing it. I would appreciate any input from you on that subject. I'm 5'5" and have a medium build. I'm thinking around 135??? I work out on the average 5 times a week so I'm thinking on the higher end of the chart for my height.

Thanks for allowing me to share.

202/162/135?

Well done Loserlady!!! I'm also 5'5" and medium build and I have been told at my weight management class that my "target weight" is 134 lbs so you're really not being unrealistic with your own target. I wish I had your willpower to work out though! I'm lucky if I work out twice a week.

Keep going!

I just wanna say congrats!! :)
I think 135 is perfect. "They" say you should weigh 100 for 5 ft tall and add 5 pounds for each inch over
5'0. In your case that is 125. 125 is the mid range. You can go 10% below this or 10% above depending
on your size frame, etc.. and still be the right weight for you. In your case that's anywhere from 113-136. Also I have read that you are expected to be "slightly" heavier if you are older too. 135 sounds
like a great goal to me. Keep up the good work.
