Hi, my name is Miadill and I am new to this site. Although I am in the beginning stages of weight loss and don't really have a success story right now, I dropped in here first because I wanted to read, no I needed to read that it is possible for me to lose this weight. All the threads here have really motivated me to stay focused on my weight loss plan. I am so happy that I have found this site and know that one day soon I will be sharing my successes also.:)
