Greetings,everybody!I just wanted to brag on myself for a minute.I've lost 80 pounds in 7 months(30 weeks),and I owe it all to Weight Watchers here in southern Ontario(Canada).Once I realized that I needed help,and stepped through that door for the first time,that's when I started to get better.Not tooting my own horn,but honk honk!:lol:

Great Job! Good for you! I am having similiar success! I joined WW on 1-7 this year and have lost a ttl of 62 pounds so far! My main source of exercise is walking and I now drink a gallon of water a day. I hope to be in ONEderland(under 200) by end of this year! 38 more pounds to go!! I know WW works as I lost 80 pounds over 8 years ago, but then met my hubby and basically gained that plus some more back!! Keep at it, IT WORKS!!
