A "Vacation" from WW

  • I have been on what I would call a "vacation" from WW. Since mid-December, I haven't been following too closely and have cut back on my 5-6 days a week of aerobic exercise (thanks to a broken Tony Little's Gazelle ), and have not been visiting 3FCs on a regular basis, BUT have NOT gained any weight!!

    Today, I re-evaluted my health and weight loss goals and am getting back on track. I only have 10 pounds to go to reach my WW goal weight and will not give up until I get there - even if there are more detours on the trip!
