Hey Chicks here is a link to Kraft, it has a recipie section that tells you what phase the recipies are. Not sure if anyone has seen this or is interested. I know we are always looking for good recipies.

So far most are SBD friendly. Watch the quantity of almond meal though - lots of fat there.

Just found this site, Sugar Free Mom, today. Not SBD but many recipes work for PH1 and PH2.
