Breakfast potluck weds...any ideas

There will be about 20 of us in the dept. potluck and this month's theme is breakfast... Any suggestions, or easy to make breakfast for 20 or less.. thanks!

Hi, thinbefore40, how about making a quiche with diced veggies, LF cheese and diced Canadian bacon? That's always popular, and it travels well, too.
