Oh I love the taco soup from the phase one soups....I added a little lowfat cheddar to my bowl and felt like I cheated big :lol:

cottage- glad to see your Birthday was a hit :D

ebb- I dont care for ricotta so I have never tried to make the cheesecake, hope it works out for you ;)
