Time got away from me this morning, I had a lot of errands to run and had to drop the girls off at their schools. I should have gotten up a little earlier so I could at least relax with my coffee and breakfast. I had to eat that on the run in my car. To add to the excitement, Cindy's dogs had a run-in with a skunk and one of the dogs got in the house and tried to hide from us. What a smelly mess that was! Then this afternoon they had an altercation with a groundhog. That poor thing probably wished he never got up this morning, with three snarling dogs after him. I managed to chase the doggies off with a broom, but not before all three and the groundhog were covered in blood. I left that mess for Cindy to take care of. They're her dogs.. Did I ever mention why I liked living in the city?

Cottage: Sounds like you had one heck of a day!!! Makes me glad we don't seem to have too many critters out here to annoy the dogs!!

Today seems like it was a weird one for a lot of us. I thought inspections would take us all day, but we ended up only being out for about 2 1/2 hours. AND I only got 5,000 steps in that whole time. I guess that's okay, except that I'm WAY too exhausted to get on the treadmill. Tomorrow we're starting on a huge subdivision that will require a lot of walking, so I'll hopefully make up steps tomorrow.

I fell asleep on the couch and now it's time to get dinner for myself. I almost had to babysit tonite, but that fell through, thank heavens. I just don't have the energy for chasing him around the house!:dizzy:

Think I'll put on a pot of coffee, make a PB cup, and finish the puzzle I started back in MARCH!!!:D
