2.5 years ago I lost 20 lbs on a "modified" version of the Beach but have since gained 15 lbs of it back.
Right now I want to get healthier and, of course, lost that weight! I realize now that I can't go back to my "normal" eating habits or I'm going to end up right back where I started. *sigh* I'm frustrated and overwhelmed but am determined to get back on track, could just use some support.
