I just posted (or it will be once it's looked over) yet another lentil stew recipe - Lentils with Spinach and Ginger. Do NOT do what I have in the past, which is to use those ready-to-eat pre-washed spinach bags! don't make this at all now unless the spinach was grown by you or someone else local! But do try it sometime.

I'm in love with lentils. The rest of the family, not so much.
