Default Barb0522 and/or Schatzi or other SBD experts....

Hey I have another question for you....I can't find the answer in my DH's book.

Someone told him he gets a certain amount of calories a day for things like SugarFree FatFree FudgeBars but I couldn't find out how many calories they are.

If you don't wanna post it here can you please PM me.

TIA!

I believe you're allowed 75 calories a day for sweet treats?

The SF Fudge bars I have are 40 calories each.

That's right. It's 75 calories for non-nutritional sweet treats which is why the ricotta calories don't count in the ricotta cream dessert.
