Okay, I am in week two of phase one. It started this morning. As of today, I have lost 10 lbs. I start the exercise today. I was going to start yesterday, but I ended up swimming with my family. I counted that. I added extra lapses accross the pool. I did lots of running in the water with both my girls and my husband. I plan to swim again tonight with them. I will be working out this afternoon when all the kids go down for naps.
