Hi everyone!

I'm new here to the Beach, but not to weight loss. I've lost several hundred pounds over the last 25 years! LOL (and gained them all back again!) I've tried everthing from WW to Atkins to grapefruit. But now I'm armed with severe determination to see my lifelong dream come true--GOAL WEIGHT! I have about 90-100 pounds to lose. :o but I'm gonna get there this time!

I'm a SAHM to 5 dc ages 15-18mos. I've homeschooled them for the past 10 years. My sweetie and I will be celebrating our 17th anniversary in a few weeks. He will be joining me on the Beach, but he won't take off his towel for anything!:sorry: He also has about 100 pounds to lose.

Welcome to the Beach! There are several Texans on here. It sure has been hot lately.

This is a great way to eat and my son (age 9) will eat many of the things that I eat which helps.

You'll love this Beach Forum. There's lots of info, hints and support plus general fun and fooling around. Tell your man to safety pin his towel because these Beach Babes get wild!

You guys have made me feel so welcome!!!!!!!!! This time I'm doing it right!

The past 3 days have been wonderful and I feel so much better already. My dd (15 yo) and I have started a game of Now and Then...Here's an example:

Now: Trying to climb up the stairs at the waterpark and hoping the line is long enough for me to catch my breath and letting my kids go on ahead of me.

Then: Getting to the top and waiting for my kids to catch up with me!

Isn't that fun??? What are some of your Now and Thens?
