It's still darn hot outside - 87ºF right now. I am sooooo glad I got that new AC last summer.

Before I left for Ottawa this morning, I spent two hours cleaning just two rooms and found all the spots that Canadice missed! The shopping in the city went well although it was too darn hot to even think of a shopping centre parking lot!

I am pretty tired and cancelled out on a meeting tonight. I'm going to have some blueberries and yoghurt for a late supper, read for a bit and hit the sheets shortly. Between the heat and the reaction from allergy shot #3, I'm wiped.

I've done 2 days now!! Kind of phase 1.5. I ate home made bread yesterday that my friend ground the Whole wheat flour herself! Just ate some with a sandwich.

Yesterday I did Walk Away the POunds and today we went to an Indians game downtown. We parked at my husbands office and walked along the Canal Walk the whole way to the stadium. It was a LONG walk!! Fun to see the paddle boats and gondolas too.
