I'm so pumped!!!!
 
I know it's late afternoon and no one will probably be on to read this, but I just had to share. I am on day two of Phase 2. Still have only lost 3 pounds total, but I really do feel better and that goes along way with me. Today I was traveling with my job. I travel one day a week to various golf course as a courtesy visit, promotion, thank you for your business sort of thing. One of the courses I went to I happened to know the Pro. He had lost quite a bit of weight since the last time I had seen him. I was complimenting him on his loss and of course asking questions. He had lost 65 pounds and guess how.......South Beach of course! Boy did that ever put the motivation back into my step.....He looks great and I will too!!!

Food so far today...

Breakfast: two eggs fried with pam.
Snack: one peach
Lunch: Ate out because I was on the road.....salad with lettuce, black beans, corn (***) onion, tomatoes and dressing on the side (I dip my salad in the dressing) and a diet coke.
Dinner will be a turkey burger, tomatoe slices, green beans and a nsa fudgecicle.

This is a lot easier than the time i tried to do SBD......I am trying DESPERATELY not to weight myself! I did my exercise n stuff today and my mom and I are going for a walk tonight....Also, is it normal to make more trips to the bathroom? I am drinking a little more water but it is either running right through me or I don't know......has this happened to anyone?

And I noticed that I can have mayo, but should I?

Go for the mayo. Check out the Phase I food list first though.

Detoxing means your body chemistry is changing. You are peeing away water that your cells have been hanging onto as protection against bad carbs. That's not a scientific explanation but it works. :lol: Be sure to drink lots of water to help the flushing. Sometimes we lose a lot overnight and refer to it as a visit from the Whoosh Fairy!
