Hello fellow Beach Buds!
My name's Linds and I am planning on starting the South Beach Diet on Monday. I have the 3 fat chicks diet book and it seemed like something I'd be able to do. I really want to take off the pesky water weight the most. It haunts me. Do any of you have any advice about the Phase 1? Other than that I just really need to get back into a regular exercise routine. Any and all advice, esp diet buddies are welcome, I REALLY need to be accountable to somebody! My AIM is Godselobutterfly and here are my stats:
Height: 5'8
Weight: 246
Goal: 200 by Labor Day
180 by Christmas :-)
