yeah i saw that in my cookbook and i wonder why its for phase one i guess we do have to find out. do you have any intresting recipes for breakfast or lunch for phase 1??

well i found a new breakfast recipe the sausage and cheese muffins, they are really good and its great for breakfast and fast to make. its normally for the people on the go. you know who dont have time to make breakfast in the morning plus you can freeze them and reheat them for breakfast. if you would like the recipe i can post it here.
