South Beach Online Question
 

I need to get myself back in control and I have done the South Beach Diet before and seems to find it easy to do and made me feel great. My question is, Is the Online Program worth the $, or is it just a waste of time. Seems like these boards are extremely supportive and I may not need to join the online program. Any advise.

I personally don't think the official SBD online program is worth the money, simply because forums like this have great resources and are free! As long as you feel you have a grasp on the basic principles of the diet (I read the book) I don't think they have much to offer. There are tons of recipes and advice and support to be found on these boards. Good luck to you!

I did sign up for it but cancelled. This Forum seems more active. I do still get The Daily Dish.
