Phase II worries
So what's the best way to start phase II? I know there is a lot of info here about what to eat but what's the best way to start eating it? Should I start with one new item a week, a day, a meal? I am already a slow looser so I'm worried that I will get discouraged if my losses slow even more.
I think the things I would like to try to incorporate first are FF flavored yogart and fruit. Thanks for any suggestions. |
There's a lady that I work with that said when she was doing Phase II, she did one a day...she's now on Phase III.

I would impiment one item untill you weigh in to see if you still lose, it is easier to that, so you can eliminate what foods stall you, or cause cravings, I add one item a week..
