3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - End of Phase I

My doctor put me on the SBD on Wednesday, May 3rd but I didn't start until Monday, May 8th. I'm 5'2" and my starting weight was 274 pounds. At the end of Phase I (which ended today) I went back to the doctor to be weighed b/x I did not trust the scale I had at home. My current weight is 254 lbs! :carrot:
When I weighed myself at home at the end of Week 1, I was convinced that my scale had broken! lIt said my weight was 263! lol Actually I was mad at myself for not using my home scale to check my weight at the start of Phase I b/x I just knew that my scale was not as accurate as the one at the doctor's office. Turns out I was wrong. :D
