Question powdered milk??

Is powdered milk allowed on SBD (phase 1 or 2)??

If so, I have a recipe for some peanut butter balls that would be fab!!

But if not, I'll have to go without.

I'm experimenting with peanut butter and quark (low fat yogurt cheese) to make a kind of pb frozen yogurt dessert, will keep you all posted on what happens!

FAt free (skim) powdered milk is allowed. Have fun experimenting!
