Behavior Goals - Week of 5/8

  • I am keeping these three goals until I have a perfect week.

    *64oz of plain water all 7 days
    *exercise at least 180 minutes this week TOTAL SO FAR: 195 MINUTES
    *Eat only 3-4 grain servings a day (aiming for 3 or less)

    Monday:
    water - 76 oz
    exercise - 30 minutes
    grains - 2 servings
    Tuesday:
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - 45 minutes
    grains - 3 servings
    Wednesday:
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - none today
    grains - 1 serving
    Thursday:
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - none today
    grains - 3 servings
    Friday:
    water - not even close
    exercise - 60 minute walk
    grains - 2 servings
    Saturday:
    water - maybe 32 oz.
    exercise - 60 minute walk
    grains - 2 or 3, I can't remember
    Sunday:
    water - again, maybe 32
    exercise - officially none, but I did wash 9 loads of clothes
    grains - 2

    What are your goals for the week?
  • Ok I am getting off to a late start...my goals are always the same aren't they?

    - Drink 64 oz of water per day
    - Get some form of exercise in
    - Log my food in fitday
