Hello, Beach babes!! I was so strong last night....I had a major drama in my house (which I don't want to talk about)..so because of that I did not want to eat dinner...I went to the baseball field for DH game, and everyone around me was eating fries & M&M's....I had WATER!!...I got home and ate some cottage cheese and turkey lunchmeat, and a SF jello cup...I was so impressed with myself, cause I really wanted those fries!!
Schatzi- How old is this little girl? Do you think you should cal Social Services?

Well things here are no so good... Spouse issues!! second marriage, he hates how I adore my kids...we have 1 child, 3yr old...He thinks I shouldn't do anything for my other 2....berates them and me....nothing we do is good enough for him... uggh!!! A continuing saga!!! Makes me sick!!! My kids are my first and fore most....So now he is trying to tell me I hate our son and that I trapped him into marrying me.so he could take care of my other 2.
I was in no way pregnant when "he" asked me to marry him....

Well up side I haven't gone off the program....Another beautiful day!!!!
The pollen is out of control!!!! The pond across the street has a layer of pollen it on.. yikes!

Okay, so I made it to the gym. I'm kinda mad at 'em 'cause they switched all of the schedules around so now there aren't as many classes that I can attend since I don't get off until 5. :(
I'm stuck! I've been this same weight for a month now! I guess I've gotta go back into all the lovely posts & see if I can work out some of the kinks I probably have. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by August 1st (when I leave for MN).
I'm glad it's Friday!!! How 'bout you? I think I'm gonna take it easy, for once, this weekend & be a homeboy (girl). I might just do a little cleaning, too.

Well girls weighed in at the Doctor today,, My official weigh in is Sunday, however, I lost another 3 lbs So I am at a grand total of 56 lbs right now.. YEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAA... got some allergie medicine, a shot and my inhaler. the Doc said that the weight is not too fast of a loss. that she has seen patients lose 80 lbs or better before they hit a stall. but 3 lbs a week was just fine,, 4 or 5 ..consistently was not good,, so I am in the 3 lb range.. the South Beach Life is just right up my alley.. I love it... Take Care All... I hope to still go fishing this weekend,, as my allergies need to be controlled before I attempt it...

Maureen, We don't know each other since I'm new to the board. Everyone needs a rant sometimes!! You didn't mention how old your other children were. I went to counselling when my first husband decided he like lots of other women instead of me. It was his problem...he still can't stay with one 35 years later!! Any how, the counselor told me to always remember that your kids grow up and leave, your husband is hopefully there for the duration. Maybe a compromise?? I regularly told (and tell) my kids I love them, but I love their Dad too. Although I know they love me, they will leave for a life of their own. If I don't take care of my relationshp with my husband he won't be there for me when they are gone. Just some food for thought. Kids are resilient....and manipulative. They aren't above playing on your emotions. Just make sure they know you love them. and your husband.

Hi Ladies

OH WHAT A WONDERFUL FRIDAY. We went for treatments today and Leo doesn't have to go for chemo anymore. Now my Fridays are FREE.Yipeee!!! The tumor has shrunk[[tennis ball]] to almost a [[golf ball]] size,so the doctor told us she is going to set the radiation machine to a spot treatment,and ZAP it once and for all.Your thoughts & prayers really helped.Thanks to all.


Ms Crockett- Big congrat on your 3 lb loss and 56 total loss. Your doing wonderfully.

Thanks so much! I used to be on lithium and it slowed my thyroid, and I haven't had it checked again since coming off of it, so I'm hoping it's back up to speed!

Well it is ever so beautiful tonight and I am dreading the forcasted rain that is to come this weekend :( I'm completely exhausted from the gym. I went at 6 for step, then again at 3 after work.

I just simply COULD NOT resist the cake at dinner. Really- how are you supposed to say no when your family is all around and they've made you a cake!? The boyfriend is taking me out shopping for my birthday tomorrow! It's going to be so fun now that I've lost all this weight! I feel great about myself, it definitly makes shopping easier!
