mid-week challenge!
ok from now until Friday at midnight, who is in for a 3 part nutrition challenge?
1-starting the moment you read this-you must drink a glass of water everytime you eat, ie every meal and/or snack 2-you must stay ENTIRELY OP (whatever phase you are in)-it's only 2 full days plus a little of today 3-try one new HEALTHY food or recipe REPORT IN FRIDAY EVENING OR SATURDAY MORNING |

Can I join even though its Thursday at lunchtime? Broccoli Rabe was on sale at the Shoprite. Now I'll just have to figure out what to do with it.

we tried the chicken tenders last night; i already drink water @ every interval of stuff that goes into my mouth; trying the enchalidi's or whatever tonight, the sloppy joe's tomorrow and i always stay on OP. lol /sorry for late response but at least i was good yesterday too :D lol |
well how'd we do? I actually forgot the water part a few times but still ended up drinking more water than I usually do

personally i did awesome!!!
from last monday (almost 2 weeks ago now) to this friday i lost 3.5 lbs from when i went to the doc's and that was INCLUDING me gaining weight due to TOM!!! :D *is super happy* i hope everyone else did good too!!! |
