Vitamin help...

To start out with, I'm in ph2.
Overall, since starting this diet I have been so extremely fatigued and tired. I'm almost certainly positive there are some vitamins/nutrients that are lacking.
I know it's recommended to take a multivitamin; however, I am super allergic to sulfur and ALL multivitamins have some minerals in their sulfer form (sulfate, sulfite, etc.). I get horrible chest pains when I take these so that's obviously a no no.
By going from the basic ph2 diet (so far we've incorperated in 1 fruit and 1 carb a day...usually a whole wheat tortilla) what are the basic vitamins one would be lacking?

I've started taking a Vit. B supplement which has seemed to help but even after just 1/2 an hour of vacuuming today for instance I was ready to just fall over and DIE from exhaustion. Even my body just hurt. And vacuuming....is NOT taxing....
I wasn't like this pre-diet. And I had my blood work done recently and all of that is A-OK.
Some advice would be soooo appreciated because i'm getting so frustrated at my lack of motivation due to exhaustion it's not even funny...

Have you tried asking your pharmacist to recommend something?

ya i've asked them i've asked my doctor and none of them can think of something that *doesn't* have sulfer in it...

Hmmm....I think I'd check this out with the pharmacist. They sometimes have more knowledge than a physician. It could be lack of potassium. Have you tried running your day's food through fitday and checking the RDA? It could show you what you are missing.

Are you eating a wide variety of vegetables? Lots of green leafy ones as well as orange ones and other colors. That should help.

I agree that Fit Day would probably help you with this.

and barb - i try and eat as wide a variety as i can stand *and* afford.
