good way to control cravings

  • if you're craving that last piece of muffin or last piece of pizza, or your sweet tooth is aching for sugar, brush your teeth! yep you heard me. i found that after i brushed my teeth, i didn't feel like eating anymore. and the freshness of the tooth paste kept my cravings down. give it a try

    I have the kit from the dentist and sometimes put it on for the required 1/2 hour. After that I'm not supposed to eat or drink for another half hour and by then the cravings are gone.
