What's Up with Me?
This morning I had oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon and sf syrup. I exercised a little later and had some ff cottage cheese for a snack. For lunch I had 1 red bell pepper stuffed with turkey, tomato and cheese. At my snack I really wanted something sweet, so I had a pb South Beach bar(I try to use these sparingly), and then another and then a couple of graham crackers and some milk!!! What's up with that? That is probably my biggest blunder yet.

My sympathies! I find that a taste of something sweet - even if it is artificially sweetened - can set me off! It's the damned SBD "approved" bar, probably.

I took those SB peanut butter bars on a work trip one time thinking they would be an easy snack and/or meal in a crunch. However, I found that I could not eat just one either. I think I ate 2 or 3 at one time and I am usually not a binger like that. Needless to say I will never buy those again - they are too good!

I have the same problem. If I want something sweet now, I do NOT grab those!
