mini challenge-100 crunches this week

    why 100? why not? for some this may be easy, for some this may be tough-either way it's 100 more crunches under, or should I say off your belt.

    Do 20 for 5 days, do all 100 in 1 day, I don't care. C'mon let's go!!!

    Once Thursday rolls arund I'll do a check and see who's still with us

    Seriously, would someone explain to me what a crunch is? I am exercise challenged but learning.

  • Haha I just finished it. Maybe I will revise this challenge a little and make it 100 a day!
  • Ruth it's one of those sit ups that you only lift your shoulders up instead of going all the way up. Just focus on your stomach muscles and DON'T pull on your neck with your hands
