carbfree foods/low carb
 

hii um i checked this site for the reviews of low carb and carb free foods, most of them seems to be from Carbolite and Carb Control, which are companies in the UK and Australia. Are there any companies that are similar in the US? i find cutting carb to be extremely hard, and i really want to reach for that loaf of bread!

You can get those products here, though you may have to order online if your local shops don't carry them. www.netrition.com carries Carbolite.

However, if you are on the South Beach Diet, then you might not be eating them. SBD isn't low carb and a lot of low carb products are not SBD friendly. You'll need to read the labels very carefully to see what fits. Maybe some of the others that use them will let us know what brands and products they have found to fit in with SB.
