Cold Weather Lunch Ideas

What are everybody's favorite cold weather lunches for phases 1 and 2?
When it's cold and rainy out, I don't necessarily want a salad...

Soups and chilis - you can make a bunch up and refrigerate or freeze the leftovers to use later. Plus it's easy to make them rich in veggies.

white chicken chili
any soup
rotissierie chicken, broccoli with low fat cheddar sauce

I love soup.. I posted a red lentil curried soup recipe that is our fave here at home... load it up on vegies and tailor the ones to the specific phase you are in
