  • Thanks to Kiko, we were given a chance last week to list our weekly goals. Many of you did great and others still have some work to do. So let's give it another try this week!!!
    What goal are you going to set for this week???

    This week my goals are to continue keeping up with last weeks goal of exercise but will focus on late night snacking this week. My goal is to have one planned dessert or snack after dinner and nothing else.

    Mon: Exercise: /Snacking: Ate unplanned for peanuts

    Tues: Exercise: / Snacking: No unplanned snacking!!!
    Wed: Exercise: / Snacking
    Thur: Exercise: / Snacking:
    Fri: Exercise: / Snacking:
    Sat: Snacking
  • This week, I want to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in, every day except Friday. I need one day off to relax!

    Sun: 60 minutes!
    Mon: Another 60!
    Tues: Got 75 in!
    Wed: 120 minutes!
    Thurs: 120 minutes
    Fri: DAY OFF

  • I am going to stick with my after dinner eating this week and am going to add a goal of 3 days of exercise. (I know this is wimpy- but I have been doing NO exercise!!)

    I have had a horrible week of eating during the DAY! Updated goal for Saturday and Sunday is to be OP.

    Mon- Grrrrrr.... a very large handful of potato chips
    Tues- Not a bite after dinner......
    Wed- Yippee- not a single thing passed these lips!
    Thurs-
    Fri- Nothing after dinner!!
    Sat- 3 mile WATP eating
    Sun- 2 mile WATP eating was stellar!!

  • I am going to attempt again not to have unbeachy snack items at nite while watching tv in bed.

    Mon--not great, but didn't overindulge too much, better luck tonite
    Tues--avoided all temptations, good night
    Wed--another good night
    Thurs--fabulous nite
    Fri--another great night
    Sat--thought I had this whole not eating bad things at nite under control, until without even being hungry ate about 25 hershey kisses and didn't even enjoy one, just mindless bad behavior eating, needless to say the weight I thought I'd lost this week was back to where I started the beginning of the week. Hopefully Sun will be better for me. I've moved the kisses out of my site!

  • I will try for eating a SBD friendly breakfast. I have such a hard time with breakfast, if I eat it at all. I missed this until today, so I will start tomorrow
    Tuesday- good girl!!
    Wednesday- yeah!!! I did it!!!
    Thursday- Yes, I did it again!!
    Friday- nope.I had a cereal bar..dang it- I forgot to plan.
    Saturday- I did good
  • My goal this week is to just stay totally OP, even with Valentine's Day tomorrow.


    Sunday ~ Done
    Monday ~ Done
    Tuesday ~ Did it, with the exception of a small McD's vanilla milkshake. Hey, it's Valentine's Day, so I just had to celebrate, right?
    Wednesday ~ So-so, not so OP, but kept calories in check.
    Thursday ~ A good day!

  • What great goals! Thanks, Sil, for starting a new thread. We have the best members in our Beachies, eh, Ruth and Schatzi? (I know...sappy moment...time for a and Cumbaya sing along, chickies! )

    I'm going to stick with my no eating after dessert and four days of exercise (Weezle, you make me feel like a slug, girl! ) and add in getting my water every day. I'm aiming for 48 oz of water every day...I'll up it to 64 next week.

    M: Not good...didn't make this goal until tonight, though...but I barely got 32 oz in today.
    T: Better...at least 40 oz today.
    W:Got in almost 64 today...like 61 or so.
    Th:About 58 oz today.
    F:Got about 50 oz today.
    Sa: Did about 45-55 oz today.
    Su:Did really poorly! Just barely 36!
  • My Goal is to workout 3 times this week. I am going to be out of town for three days so I think I should make a small goal.

  • My goal this week is to exercise daily. (at least 30 min. a day) Drink plenty of waterh. Up my veggies!
    Sunday - 30 min. exercise/veggie good/water need to do better
    Monday - 30 min. exercise/water and veggies good
    Tuesday - exercise..ate too much nuts ... darn!
    Wednesday - exercise/a lot of water/veggies yes..

  • Should we make this a sticky? And where the heck did my weekly goal go?
    I wish I lost pounds as often as I lose posts!
  • Ruthie, if you want to make it a sticky, it would be easier on us, but harder on you, as you would have to make a new sticky each week with our new goals.... unless we just edited our goals every week. What do you think?
