What goal are you going to set for this week???
This week my goals are to continue keeping up with last weeks goal of exercise but will focus on late night snacking this week. My goal is to have one planned dessert or snack after dinner and nothing else.
Mon: Exercise: /Snacking: Ate unplanned for peanuts
Tues: Exercise: / Snacking: No unplanned snacking!!!
Wed: Exercise: / Snacking
