Top Sirloin Fillets

Just starting SBD today! I have3 top sirloin fillets (steaks) in my freezer from before I knew I was going to be doing SBD...can I eat them? I couldn't tell if they are "allowed!" Thanks! Oh, and they make no mention of how lean or %s on them! Thanks!

:welcome3: Robin! Yum.. Here's the link to the emergency handbook for phase 1 that includes the list of okeydoke foods fer Phase1. Check the cut against the list, that will tell you if its ok fer phase 1. If okay , I say Broil/Grill em up ... and um, put an extra steak on the barbie fer me would ya?? :lol:
