  • I just joined Curves so I should be able to get some good exercise time in!! I will be going there at least 3 times a week, maybe more, and on the days that I do not go I will be taking a 45 min to an hour walk. I hope to get in 1100 min.

    I had a VERY bad week!!! I'm either getting let go from my job next Friday or I'm getting dropped to part time due to my store closing, and i still don't know which one it is!!!! They are waiting until next week to even let us know if we have jobs or not!!! So, I have been very stressed!! I am going to try to get back on track starting tomorrow. Wish me luck!

  • My goal is 1100 minutes. I just got back from the Y and am psyched about working out! Can you believe it??? ME. Happy about exercise.

    1 - 0 minutes. YMCA is closed for the holiday.
    2 - 50 minutes elliptical, weights, and crunches
    3 - 60 minutes cardio kick boxing
    4 - 35 whopping minutes of volleyball before player 4 decided to bust his ankle and we forfeited.
    5 - 60 minutes cardio kick boxing
    6 - 0 minutes. Day off
    7 - 0 minutes. No time.
    8 - Stood for 360 minutes, talking with Bridezillas. That means I burned 720 calories, which is equal to 80 minutes of doing the Treadmill at 5mph. I'm going with 80 minutes.
    9 - 0 minutes. Had to get groceries.
    10 - 60 minutes cardio kick boxing
    11 - 45 minutes pilates (See? The snail is lengthening his body.) Plus 5 minutes crunches.

    14 - 65 minutes cardio, abs, and lower body sculpting

  • My exercise goal will be a modest 1000 minutes. I will aim for 60 minutes of cardio 4 days a week and light arm weights three days a week. Anything over that is glory. Good luck to all!!! (But especially me - lol)
