I am back.......again...
 

Well, I've been MIA for quite some time now. Not only did I manage to gain all the weight back that I lost, I have gained a few more pounds to go along with it.. UGH! I am getting back on track starting tomorrow morning.

I went to the store, bought lettuce, spinach, etc etc for my massively huge salad i'm going to have at lunch tomorrow. Since I was here last, I've started a new full time job. I sit more than I used to but at the same time, I walk several miles a day.. And several stairs a day.. they are killer some days ..

I REALLY need to make this work this time & I REALLY need to get this weight off.. I have also had to go back on my blood pressure medication.. 2 of them.. I am only 29.. UGH! It's ridiculous! So, here I am.. back on the beach & ready to get this weight off, again!! I'm committed though this time.. At least I feel that I am.
