3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

:carrot: OKay, after a 6 month hiatus, I'm back, 30 pounds heavier than when I left...grrr....way too much going o in my life! However, I jumped back on the Beach on Tuesday and I"ve gotten through the last four days without too much agony. I have to have surgery on 2/6 and want to make sure I continue with all this healthy eating! I have to say that the Chicks helped me last time with support to lose 80 pounds...this time I only need 70 to reach goal (which i didn't reach before),,,I have alot to work towards! I hope all have been well!!!!:hug:

P.S. - I only bought a scale today so I don't know where I started on Tuesday! We'll see!!!!!!
