Anyone starting Phase 1 Jan. 16th? Need some support?
I'd love to give/get support from others starting at the same time. I'm new here and haven't looked around too much so I hope I'm not duplicating any other threads or anything!

my hubby and I started "officially" on the 14th although the previous week before w had already started cutting waaaay back. So anywho, I'd love to ride the wave with you. I've been poking around this site for a day or so and there's a ton of info here. I was really glad to see the updated food list. In my book it says no to milk and yogurt so I was really happy to see them on there. I have a great baked ziti recipe using eggplant instead of pasta.
