Hi there! This is my 2nd or so attempt at SB and dangit, this time I'm sticking to it!
I posted a little before but not too much...so I thought i'd post a hello post. I have a good 30+ lbs. to lose, I don't have a set goal quite yet...I'll see when I get closer. I started SB last Monday and I've lost around 4-5 lbs. One more week 'til Phase 2! This time I know I have to be careful when switching to Phase 2...that's when I fell off the bandwagon last time. Right now my goal is to make it 'til my b-day in late March - sticking w/ SB and exercise - and then reassess as far as my final goal weight, etc., and keep going.
So far so good...but I know it will get tougher this next week as the honeymoon phase wears off!!
