:dance: I'm home early because it's snowing like mad and the roads are getting really icy. Jake isn't home yet, so I have a bit of time to myself!

The Christmas play was enchanting. Audrey is in Pre-K, and they did a wonderful job and were so adorable! Santa arrived in his sleigh pulled by a team of horses all decked out, and with the snow it was quite magical. I'm so glad I went, I did have the option of having this morning off, but to see the wonder of it all in the children's eyes was more than worth it.

H-ko, I'm going to check out that alpaca wool. I don't know one wool from the other :o , so I appreciate the suggestion. A salesperson could probably tell me how many skeins I should get for a project. Maybe I can find a magazine with knitting projects in it for her, too.:idea:

Cottage - alpaca wool comes from alpacas (relatives of llamas) - be forewarned that it can be expensive! I love it, although I can't afford to buy it. It's so soft and warm!

Hi, chickies, I'm back!

Still tired...this thing wiped me out and the baking and cooking all night isn't helping! ;) I mailed off all our presents (I wrapped from 10 to 6:30 yesterday without a break!!! :tired: ) today...so at least that's done!

I still have tons to do, so off I go...drive safely if you have to go out...there's so much snow and ice here and I hear it's hitting almost all of the US...rain/ice/snow. Be safe, Beachies! :grouphug:
