Is Pumpkin Allowed in P2?

There is a great pumpkin pudding recipe that I got out of SuperFoods RX which I love. However I can't find a mention of pumpkin in the book, either in the "enjoy" or "avoid" lists. Does anyone know if it is allowed in P2?

It is allowed and is considered a winter squash. Count it as a carb and add carefully!
